We were slightly disappointed when the closing cost turned out to be a little higher than anticipated due to a limit on the first-time homebuyer land transfer tax rebate. Despite this issue, Andrew's expertise, dedication, and excellent communication made him a reliable partner throughout the process. Show more What to say about buying our first home with Andrew…? Well, there is lots to say! When we first started our house hunting journey we didn’t know anything! We didn’t even know who to use as our real estate agent to have in our corner! We knew someone who had used Andrew so before choosing him we decided to just go for a walk through of a house with him to see how we felt. We knew after that day that he was our guy! Since that first meeting he set up a portal of homes in our price range and location. When we wanted to see a house, he did everything he could to make it work. He was very knowledgeable about the particulars in each home that we may not have noticed right away, or even at all. He got to know us and was very upfront about his feelings for the houses and if it was a right fit for us. Along the journey we didn’t feel as though we were ‘just clients’ we felt as if we had a friend with our best intentions helping us along our way. For any first time home buyer, or anyone looking to buy a home, we would highly recommend using Andrew!
