The Roadside Flower Market proudly hosts its inaugural tulip festival, marking a must-visit event this spring season. Visitors are welcomed to a vibrant field home to over 500,000 tulips, each bloom competing in beauty and size, some as large as the human hand. The festival is a family-friendly affair, complete with picture-perfect photo ops amidst the tulips, fun-filled inflatables, nostalgic wagon rides, and cozy fire pits, ensuring an unforgettable day out amidst the blooming marvels of St. Catharines.

Located at 1923 Seventh St., the festival runs daily until May 19, inviting everyone from early birds to sunset lovers to explore the fields from 9 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. Admission ranges between $15-20 plus fees, with the joyous news that children under three enter for free. The festival boasts an impressive variety of tulips, including the whimsically named Purple Nurple, the sunny Lemonade, and the vibrant Dreamway Orange, making every visit a discovery of new colors and shapes.

Meanwhile, the TASC Tulip Pick Farm collaborates with the renowned Henry of Pelham Family Estate Winery to offer a unique blend of floral and vinicultural delights. Just a short drive from the winery, the farm invites guests to stroll through fields awash with millions of tulips. This immersive experience is enhanced by the option of wine tasting, combining the sensory pleasures of sight and taste into a sophisticated outing. The farm, situated on the picturesque 433 Sixteen Rd., Ridgeville, provides a tranquil escape where the simple act of tulip picking becomes a cherished memory.

Open for visitors daily until May 19, from the first light of dawn until the stars appear, TASC Tulip Pick Farm offers an escape into a world where nature’s beauty is on full display. With ticket options starting at $18.50 (plus fees) and an upgraded experience including wine tastings for $33.50, there’s an option for every preference and budget. Over 100 varieties of tulips have been carefully planted, ensuring that each visitor’s experience is as unique and varied as the flowers themselves.
